This is all the saves saved from the very start of every mission from the English campaign, excluding the first one. In the Folder, you'll find a number of files in there, starting with England, then a space, and then a number. The number tells you what number mission that save was saved at. So for instance, if you're stuck on the 5th English mission, and want to just skip it, you can load up England 6.sav, and there you go, you're at the start of the next mission.
