WHAT THE HELL?! Stupid game. i just crashes when i load the file!!! What do i do?!

i've got the pirated version of gta3 and i can't load the saved games. Now i have tried to get the patch but it says unknown .exe and this is without pasting the crack .exe. My friend installed his game with the same disk and his works(he's using the pirated version as well). I need a patch of some sort that can make mine load saved games. Can someone tell me where to get it, and not the real 1.1 patch.

OK Ok I have GTA3 and I can't open any of the games I save. I have to start all over again every time. I'm running win xp p4 256ram 40g hard drive. whats this patch that fixes all this

first it's Carsor City so it's a city like Liberty it's not an island like Vice City

savegames sux.. best way to get to islands is... go to a bridge which leads to a island, use the cheat "giveusatank" and start building a bridge on the bridge of tanks

yo if yur savegames wont work at all just find a savegame fix on da net kuz i hav a savegame Fix 4 v1.0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cant someone work out how to patch the ripped game exe cos im not gonna buy the original.

Hey guys......a solution to error loading saved game. Its entirely because of a cracked version. To load saved games, here's what to do

- dont install a crack when you install the game
- download V 1.1 from any available site ( there are plenty)
- search google (GTA III V1.1 download)
- install the patch (duh!!)
- still no crack needed

Thats it......have a nice time playing the game.

P.S. I cant pass the mission of racing 3 cars, i get a sports car from a showroom nearby but it gets wrecked. Can someone send me a saved game file ( make sure that no missions are availabe on any other place than liberty city)or tell me how to race them over. Thanx

The 4th island for gta3 was taken out of the game because of 9/11. One of the missions involved flying a plane into a building. so Rockstar games tuned the 4th island into a ghost island!!

I have a cracked version of GTA3 everything works fine, but when I try to load a saved game it comes up with a error and makes it impossible to load anything.Is there a way to fix it?

There is no Carson City!!!
It is just a pice of Liberty City that was used to film the intro in the game, you know the scene with the bank.

You guys what config. do you have?
cause if it overpasses the recommended req. but just by a little than you will allways crash on the savegames that are to detailed zones. So you have to get a patch to version 3.0
