You first unzip the file then put all the files from that zip file into the savegame directory of your mafia install and then load the game. Your welcome.

Well Bart i haved the same problem at the start but unzip all files direct in to the mafia folder thats solves the problem =)

Make sure you rename them to match the format of your existing saves. If you didn't use the default profile, this may be the problem. Example: If all of your saves start out 'maf001', and all the ones in the downloaded archive start out 'maf000' then change them to 'maf001'.
